Johnson Cheng

Johnson Cheng is the founder and CEO of Chi Fan Group. He has extensive experience in innovation, corporate strategy, negotiations, change management, lean agile product development, and deal-making. He has worked on multi-million-dollar deals and projects in real estate, healthcare, private equity, financial services, and technology across the globe. Johnson founded Voyager Capital, a SFC-licensed private equity firm in Hong Kong that covers AI, enterprise software, foodtech, fixed income, and real estate. Prior to founding Voyager, he ran csc86.com, a B2B industrial goods and MRO e-Commerce platform under China South City Holdings (1668.HK). During Johnson's tenure, he transformed the company and grew Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) from naught to 186 M RMB. The platform had 160 employees, 800,000+ members, over 3 M SKUs, and a strategic partnership with Ping An Bank and JD.com (NASDAQ: JD). Prior to his work at China South City, Johnson was a Strategy & Operations consultant at Deloitte Consulting (New York) where his clients included Johnson & Johnson, Citi, Deutsche Bank, National Grid, WellPoint, and other Fortune 500 companies. He is a member of the Advisory Board of FiscalNote, a member of the Family Business Network, a member of the Economic Club of New York, and a Christian who currently goes to Island ECC, an evangelical church in Hong Kong where he is also involved in the church building program, the Bold Faith Campaign. He received his B.S. and MBA from Cornell University.

Gloria Kwan

Gloria Kwan

Gloria Kwan is the CFO of Chi Fan Group.  She has extensive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, SEC filings, and management reporting in private equity and hedge funds. Prior to Chi Fan Group, she was a Controller at Lombard Odier Assets Management (USA), a multi-billion hedge fund located in New York City.  Previously, she was an Assistant Controller at M.D. Sass and an Accounting Manager at Apax Partners.  She was also an Audit Manager at Deloitte in New York City.  She received her B.A. degree with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting from Boston University School of Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
